The Department of Urology seeks to provide all patients with the best urological care. Our clinical trials are designed to strengthen and accelerate the pathway of discovery from the medical laboratory to the clinic.
We are recruiting a urologist with an interest in General Urology to complement specialty services. This individual could have expertise in any number of disease or treatment groups such as minimally invasive surgery, stones, BPH or other niches and would use their general skills to either treat the patient or direct the patient to specialty care. Primary responsibilities of this position include expanding and innovating inpatient and outpatient clinical care at UCI Health community clinical sites. This position requires both daytime and after-hours call coverage shared with a urologist partner.

- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement to improve patient outcomes.
- Leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, communicate with faculty, residents, staff, and peers to maintain a professional, team-based approach in the care of patients.
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives while in compliance of all UC policies and procedures. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all state and federal privacy laws.

Benefits eligible base salary compensation based on MSP level for a Clinical Associate is $227,475-$378,300. In addition, candidates have the potential to earn guaranteed compensation up to $515,000 in alignment with community MGMA compensation with incentive eligibility on top of the base salary contingent on performance and experience.
Required:
- Candidates must possess a M.D. degree
- Board-certified or eligible in the field of Urology
- Eligible for California licensure
