Are you passionate about driving product success in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment? Join our highly motivated team as an Associate
Product Manager, where you'll play a key role in shaping and executing
strategies for Environmental Sensors, Security Handles, Power Cords, and
Accessories for Data Center Intelligent Power Infrastructure portfolios.
You will work closely with Senior Product Managers to oversee the entire
product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions, timely updates, and
effective support for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Product Strategy: Assist in developing and executing
business plans for product launches.
- Technical and Application Support: Provide technical expertise for
Power Cords, Environmental Sensors, Security Handles, and
accessories.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to identify product
gaps and optimize market positioning.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and
deliverables for new product introductions and upgrades.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate with the Engineering & Test
teams to ensure products meet reliability and performance standards.
- Supply Chain Interaction: Collaborate with the supply chain team to
manage product availability and lead times.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in
lieu of degree, such as technical support, sales, product
management, etc.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience within the data center or PDUs/UPS/Sensors
infrastructure industry.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel 10-25% to customer and supplier locations.
