Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Assist in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Account Assistance: Support Account Managers in gathering information, preparing quotes, and tracking project progress.
• Financial Coordination: Help monitor account financials, including pricing and NWC utilization, under the guidance of experienced managers.
• Operational Support: Assist with processing orders for electronic components and assemblies, change orders, and RMA procedures.
• Learning & Development: Actively participate in training and development programs to gain knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative.
