Job Description Summary
The Integrated Solutions Associate Program Manager is responsible for assisting Program Managers with managing their portfolios of insurance agents, brokers, carriers or intermediary programs (Third-Party, Carrier or GA Programs) and provide excellent customer service to agents.
What You’ll Do
- Assist all Program Managers to prepare requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting term/pricing procedures & guidelines on low-touch programs with primarily standard term quote requests.
- Works with department management and Program Managers where applicable to analyze and vet Program Managers service and coverage needs.
- Monitor service needs, quotes, and business from assigned programs, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.
- Coordinate with Program Managers to improve processes and address servicing needs.
- Accept inbound emails and phone calls from all client bases, Agents and Insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other program quotes/accounts as needed.
- Serve as primary back up for all Program Managers. Covers the full scope of servicing in the absence of the Program Manager, including email, phone requests, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
- May perform miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.
- Communicate effectively with: Integrated Solutions personnel, Relationship Managers, CASH Management, Risk, Credit and Marketing departments regarding agency information (such as new business opportunities, persistent challenges, competition, etc.) to provide the best possible terms, rates, and service.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
- 1-3 years in Account Management, Portfolio Management, Relationship Building, Financial Services or similar field
- Knowledge of Insurance Products or related field (preferred)
- Availability to work 10:00am to -7:00pm
