Job Description
The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Propulsion Plant Team Trainer (PPTT) Programs & Engineering (PPE) subdivision within the Naval Training & Simulation (NTS) Department
The successful candidate will:
• Analyze, implement, and monitor project and program planning initiatives.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate various aspects of the program's schedule and funding profiles
• Apply project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
• Prepare project performance metrics to report performance to upper management, stakeholders, and customers.
This exciting opportunity is now available for an entry-level project analyst to support these ongoing efforts
The successful project analyst can either be located at the Bettis Site (PA) or the Kesselring Site (NY).
Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field; orMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business-related field.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, and Power Apps.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to establish/maintain excellent relationships with peers, management, stakeholders, and customers across multiple sites.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communications.
Ability to work independently and/or in a group setting.

Pay Range
$50,800.00 - $76,200.00 annually

Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations
