Responsibilities: 
• Project management and owner’s representative responsibilities 
• Oversee project implementation through completion of construction 
• Support management of capital projects, entitlements, tenant improvement projects, space planning and design within a hospital.
•Project budgeting and scheduling including Owner’s goals & objectives, permits, consultant selection; design team management, schedule creation and management, contractor selection and management, financial management, anticipated cost reports and monthly reports. 
• Assemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractors. Negotiate contracts with each team member. Interface with architects, client staff, end users and vendors. 
• Maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution. 
• Provide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met. 
•Build and maintain relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and evaluate their performance. 
 
Requirements: 
• Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering, interior design or construction management 
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience– working as construction manager, General Contractor , 
Architect, Engineer or similar. 

• Experience working with Landlords and institutional owners. 
• Ability to assist in management of medium and large capital projects and major renovation projects. Self starter.
• Experience in healthcare projects and commercial construction preferred. 
• Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling. 
• Familiarity with complex contract structures – experience with AIA forms on contract for design 
professionals and contractors. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner and computer literacy 
• Ability to work as a team. 
• Ability to handle multiple projects.

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
