About the Job
Manage the Quality Audit Program to verify that internal processes are effectively implemented, identify process improvements and to support the ISO 9001 Registration. Control the Quality Management Documentation (Quality Manual, Project Management Procedures and Guidelines, and quality-related specifications). Administer the ISO 9001 Quality Management registration (including Customer Satisfaction Reviews). Oversee the Risk Assessment and Value Engineering process. Oversee the Authority Contractor Evaluation (ACE) Program for Infrastructure. Compliance with Mandated NYS Building Coed Special Inspection process and associated SI consultants. Delivery Quality workshops and training sessions for the contractor/consultant community
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration or public administration OR Four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and 3 years' experience
Three or more years' experience in project management commensurate with level of education (see above) with two years having served in a supervisory capacity or two years as a project manager for a large and/or complex construction project. Quality management experience preferred.
OSHA-30 Certification
Knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures preferred.
Ability to collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is a must.
