We have a passion for creating custom solutions, but at Worktank, we think beyond technology. For us, it's about relationships. By leveraging the latest technology, Worktank lets clients focus on engaging with their audience - wherever they may be.
We pride ourselves on our rigorous process and attention to detail. If we were brewers, our beers would win awards. Instead, we put together ridiculously good hybrid broadcasts and videos!
Working at Worktank:
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our talented team. The Associate Project Manager is a generalist position responsible for acting as the client's “front door” to Worktank services. This position is responsible for activating all new incoming requests from established accounts and managing resource allocation in partnership with the Project Management and Account Team. This is an entry-level position with room for career growth as a content producer or full-time project manager.
In this position you will also:
- Complete reviews and activation of new incoming requests, acknowledging requests and setting client expectations regarding timing and next steps.
- Set up new projects from pre-sell to active; create and organize all project folders and relevant documentation for hand-off to the producer.
- Write initial intake project briefs describing the key points of the request – including the requestor and team background, the problem we're solving and next steps, including open questions and forming the project brief for the team.
- Follow all project progress from start to finish and highlight any concerns from the producer and/or creative resources teams throughout the project lifespan including scheduling conflicts, change requests and budget overages.
- Participate in client intake calls to better understand the request and requirements. Lead internal kickoff calls and in some cases lead client kick off calls and proactively follow up on action items and next steps.
- Contribute to and improve Worktank's project management toolset and recommend ways to streamline processes and simplify our PM discipline.
This opportunity might be a good fit if you…
