About the Job
** Must be willing to work a 5am-2pm M-F, on- site, schedule with occasional weekend and holiday work **
Job Details: The Associate Quality Control will support the QC Microbiology Environmental Monitoring group at Client, Thousand Oaks. Primary job responsibilities include:
- Performing surface, air viable and particulate monitoring within the Manufacturing plants
- Performing sampling of compressed air and gas utilities within the Manufacturing plants
- Gowning into the various manufacturing areas
- Analyzing test results and performing data entry into LIMS
- Operating specialized equipment
- Corresponding and working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Site Sanitization team
- Identification of and assistance with implementation of continuous improvement ideas to ensure a productive and efficient work environment
This is a unique opportunity to perform hands on work in each of the Client Thousand Oaks manufacturing facilities.
Education:
Bachelors Degree required - Life Sciences field preferred (Biology, Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry)
Ideal Candidate:
6 months to 2 years of QC experience would be helpful
