Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, this position requires strong working relationships with front line sales teams, marketing, finance, and others across the organization. To be successful you will need a strong technical background, have an analytical mindset, have a high attention to detail, understand business requirements and effectively deliver results on assigned tasks.

Within 3 months you will:
\n
Learn the Basics: Understand the fundamentals of the sales process, company products or services, and industry-specific knowledge.
\n
Understand Systems and Data Analysis: Learn and master the sales team technology stack to perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from sales data (this includes sales forecasting, lead analysis, or customer segmentation).
\n
Strive for Excellence: Grow on a leading sales team by collaborating with cross-functional teams, reaching out to Field Sales Team Members regarding updates, manage your workload efficiently and be open to constructive feedback to improve your skills and knowledge.
\n
\n
Within your first 6 months you will:
\n
Deliver Data Collection and Reporting Processes: Input and organize sales data into Salesforce accurately and expand on this through creating basic sales reports and dashboards (Excel/Salesforce). Deliver this on a regular cadence to Revenue Leadership Team.
\n
Master Sales Data and Processes: Build on your data organization and data analyzation skills to gain a deep understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
\n
System and Process Engineer: Share your expertise as a growing expert to provide data-driven insight to the Revenue Team from your work in the Sales technology stack.
\n
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Assist in the success of Customer Success and Global Alliances divisions by streamlining reports and ensure excellent data hygiene.

Within your first 12 months you will:
\n
Master Sales Forecasting: Become proficient in sales forecasting, know what makes an opportunity move to the next stage and be able to support the back-end machine that supports forecasting.
\n
Expand Your Skills: Master a well-oiled machine of customer retention reporting and grow in your goals of providing meaningful customer insights, provide data-driven explanation of customer behaviors, preferences, and needs.
\n
Advanced Process and Tool Steward: Use your expertise to explore automations and optimize the sales process by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
\n
Project Leadership: Contribute your technology skills toward the success of sales projects, demonstrating the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
\n
Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices by attending workshops, webinars, and conferences related to sales operations.
