Associate Technician Production Operations (O2) - LanceSoft Inc

Duration:               0-6+ Months (Temp to Engage)
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks within a manufacturing environment, primarily focused on printing panels.
• Load and unload panels onto and from equipment as part of the printing process.
• Handle materials using carts, lifts, and pallet jacks.
• Follow all company, site, and department procedures.
• Accurately record information in documentation while adhering to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.
• Maintain production area cleanliness and perform daily housekeeping of equipment.
• Keep training records up to date and support the training of new employees.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate safety, quality, or production issues to appropriate personnel immediately.
• Follow safety standards and standard work instructions to ensure compliance.
• Adapt to changes and demonstrate teamwork and consistent attendance.
• Monitor and support 5S activities in manufacturing areas.
• Maintain minimum training requirements in EDMS.

Physical Demands:

• Stand for 80% of the workday, with frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and sitting.
• Frequently use hands to handle materials and reach at, below, and above shoulder height.
• Lift up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Perform repetitive tasks with assembly components while maintaining efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Authority Levels:

• Receive routine instructions from Lead, Supervisor, or Manager; detailed instructions provided for new assignments.
• Stop the production line and notify the appropriate individual for any concerns regarding safety, quality, or production issues.
• No authority to conduct disciplinary actions but must communicate issues to the appropriate level.

Top Qualifications:

1. Physically able and interested in working in a manufacturing environment (walking, lifting, moving, gowning).
2. Able to work the 9:30 am - 6:00 pm PST shift.
3. Willingness to work overtime on a consistent basis.
4. Experience with manufacturing or equipment is a plus.
