The Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics works in the Packaging Department during the Day shift (6:00am-3:00pm). This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology Manufacturing department and is in West Sacramento, CA. At Microbiology, our vision is to ensure that every patient has access to the right antibiotic at the right time. You will be a part of the Manufacturing team and report to a Production Supervisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Load and unload dryer racks full of panels to and from dryers. • Load panels into packaging equipment. • Material handling utilizing carts, lifts, and pallet jacks. • Gain experience in adhering to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements. • Accurately document production activities. • Participate in Danaher Business Systems activities. The essential requirements of the job include: • High school degree or equivalent • 2+ years of experience • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds • Willing to work overtime when required. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Experience in a FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment • Experience in a medical diagnostic device environment • Microsoft Office programs |
