Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated production equipment and machinery
- Perform calibration and minor adjustments to prevent downtime
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and address potential quality issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Work effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Clearly document production activities
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality activities
- Participate in training and development programs
- Flexibility to work night shifts, overtime, and occasional Saturdays
- 2+ years of experience as an operator in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar fields
- Familiarity with automated production equipment and machinery
- Strong understanding of GMP or similar regulated environments
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with filling lines, production equipment, or automated machinery (desirable)
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety protocols (desirable)
- Previous experience working in efficiency-focused roles (desirable)
- Technical expertise in production equipment and automation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
