Position Summary | Reporting to the Office of Compliance, Ethics, and Equal Opportunity, the Associate Title IX Coordinator will work in close collaboration with, and under the direction of, UNMs Title IX Coordinator. This position will serve as backup to the Title IX Coordinator as needed, assist with the operations and programming of Title IX, oversee education and training programs, assist with the grievance process of reports/complaints asserting violations of the University's nondiscrimination policies, as well as corresponding local, state, and federal laws, and consult with the Clery Coordinator, ADA Coordinator, Director of Equal Opportunity, and others as appropriate for accuracy and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
