We are looking for an associate veterinarian who is fun loving, a good communicator, compassionate, and loves to learn and grow with our growing practice. We don't expect you to know everything, we just expect you to be willing to learn! We treat dogs, cats and exotics.

We have ample support staff to help you with things like doing callbacks, typing notes, etc. so that you can focus on what is important, helping pets and their people.
All of our doctors and RVTs are fear free certified, and even some of our vet assistants, and we are working towards our official practice certification this year!
Located in a very nice suburb on the southwest side of Cleveland, Ohio, in a progressive college town with a well-educated clientele who put their pets first and most often agree to things like routine monitoring blood work, and diagnostic work ups etc.
We have newer digital radiographs with send out readings to board certified radiologists, the ability to perform ultrasounds with send out digitally to cardiologists, internists, and board-certified radiologists. We have a newer digital dental radiograph system, and we take full mouth x-rays on every dental. We have a complete host of in house and send out lab work options available. Other fun tools to play with include, microscopy, cytology, laser surgery unit, laser therapy unit.
Responsibilities
Appointments to diagnose and treat dogs, cats, pocket pets, and reptiles. Training will be provided for species you are not familiar with.
Soft tissue surgery; spay, neuter, mass removal, dental, and much more. Training can be provided on surgeries you have not performed before.
Attend doctors and managers meetings to establish and maintain top notch medical protocols.
Communicate openly, honestly, and with respect to staff and clients.
Maintain thorough medical records.
Qualifications
Must have an active DVM or equivalent degree in the state of Ohio and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a veterinarian.
