Benefits and Compensation: We offer a flexible schedule with no after-hours emergency call, a 4-day work week, and production bonus options. Our benefits include full health coverage, a 401K with discretionary employer contribution, Paid Time Off, AVMA professional liability insurance, a generous CE allowance with additional PTO for CE, VIN & Plumbs memberships, and pet care/partner discounts. Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 - $120,000, with bonus incentives based on experience.
