Associate Veterinarian - VetDocJobs
Orting, WA 98360
About the Job
About our clinic: Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital that treats dogs and cats. Our hospital is fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and we can send our lab work to Nanotech or use our in-house IDEXX lab. We are fully paperless and use Cornerstone for our electronic medical records. We utilize the services of a mobile ultrasonography to perform our diagnostic ultrasounds and echocardiograms.
At Cedar Ridge, we perform a variety of soft tissue surgeries and dentistry and for our more advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries, we schedule with the board-certified surgeon Dr. Andrea DeLuke, who works on a mobile basis to provide expert surgical service on site. Our surgery suite contains therapeutic and cutting laser, monitoring equipment, electrocautery, and two anaesthetic machines. We also have a high-speed dental machine.
Most importantly, we have an amazing support staff who are crucial to the success of patient and client care. Our technicians are proficient in radiography, phlebotomy, cytogenesis, surgery prep, anaesthetic monitoring, and assisting in exam rooms. We have an incredible support staff to doctor ratio with 3 technicians and assistants per doctor. Our staff is a close-knit team and enjoy working together. Our medical director, Dr. Cassie Cure, also enjoys treating her team to fun activities outside of work and making sure they feel appreciated.
