Westside Animal Hospital is a privately owned small animal practice who's team strives to provide high quality compassionate care to our clients and patients. We are AAHA and Fear Free Certified and practice using Fear Free techniques, gentle control, treats and medications. Our team focuses on growing relationships with our clients and staff members alike, as we are rapidly growing. We strive to create a healthy work life balance for our team members, with flexible work conditions and no on call responsibilities.
We are looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to our team who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment that is centered around communication and high quality, compassionate care of patients and clients. Associate Veterinarians will be overseeing routine preventative care appointments, problem exams and will have a minimum of 1 surgery day a week. Routine surgical procedures include (but are not limited to): Spays/neuters, dentals, lumpectomy, rhinoplasty (stenotic nares), and foreign body removals. We are happy to provide on sight training and guidance for any and all procedures/cases!

What You Will Do:
- Routine Physical Examinations
- Examinations and evaluations of patients/clients with concerns
- Effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Foster a positive work environment
- Make medical recommendations to clients
- Surgery (minimum of 1 surgery day per week) Includine but not limited to: Spay/Neuters, dentals, lumpectomy, rhinoplasty (stenotic nares), foreign body removal.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Surgery
- Preventive Medicine
- Understanding of vaccination protocols
