As our Veterinarian, you have the opportunity to get on the ground floor at our inaugural location and help us build a differentiating culture. You will be a general practice veterinarian, treating and caring for pets that belong to our membership.

What You’ll do:

• Serve as a reliable resource for all general practice needs, including pet wellness, sick visits, dental, and routine surgery
• Partner with our Clinical Operations team to determine best medical practices that put the pet ?rst and optimize for care outcomes
• Contribute to building a best-in-class PIMS software that supports our practice team and automates previously manual or tedious work flows
• Collaborate with our Clinical and Operations teams to determine practice talent needs and appropriate hiring timelines
• Mentor the practice team to ensure we optimize medical quality and provide an excellent experience for our pet parents
• Represent our core values every day, building a warm, inviting environment for both the practice team and our pet parents

Who you Are:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent with state and DEA licensure in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia
• 3+ years of experience in veterinary services at a four-wall veterinary clinic
• A manager of teams that include veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and others.
• Fear Free certified or equivalent (preferred)
