As an Associate Wellness Director (LPN or RN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
What Creekside looks for in a Associate Wellness Director (LPN/RN):
- Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification
- Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
- Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
What you can expect to do as an Associate Wellness Director (LPN/RN):
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
- Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$80,000 - $90,000/annually
*Depending on Experience*
