TNG is seeking a Senior Training Operations Specialist who will be responsible for delivering accurate, comprehensive, and efficient service to TNG and clients registering for in-person or virtual training and events. The incumbent will support the Training Operations Team in their daily work product benefiting virtual and in-person trainings and events and increase efficiency in coordination of training operations. Reports to: Senior Program Coordinator, Training Operations, ATIXA and TNG
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid – one day in office, four days remotely from home)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the higher-level issues in email inboxes and phone lines for department
- Communicate with clients through our live chat software, and manage monthly usage while creating automated process coordination for both associations
- Complete the bulk and individual training and event uploads spreadsheet and work with the IT Department to upload through our Association Management Software System, MemberSuite
- Create public and private moderation schedule and back-up moderator as needed
- Coordinate and manage golden lobby and Wordpress resources to support public and private supplemental materials and slides in coordination with the Content department
- Coordination and management of various public and private trainings per month
- Coordination and management of hotel-based trainings and events supporting the department with tasks as assigned
- Coordination and management of community event and webinar processes with ATC, Content, and Consulting departments
- Customer service-based coordination of the CCC system and working with the IT Department for troubleshooting and improving processes
- Task-based coordination of Certification and Digital Badges for Curriculum
- Task-based coordination of the hotel event app before, during, and after hotel events, including usage reports
- eTraining task-based coordination, customer service, and coordination with IT for troubleshooting as needed.
- Coverage for Senior Training Operation Specialists in both Associations as needed
- Work closely with department leader on assigned projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Confident user of MS Office Suite including Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Intermediate user of Zoom (required)
- Experience with MemberSuite (highly preferred), Monday.com (preferred), LiveChat, Moodle/LMS (preferred), Wistia, WordPress (highly preferred)
- Experience working in an Association or Higher Education setting preferred
