***ASSISTANT LAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER****

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in land development, civil engineering, or utility management, with hands-on field experience.
• Prefer but NOT required a degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of land use regulations, permitting processes, and utility infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
