We have taken fitness to a whole new level with our Title Boxing Club POWER HOUR! These explosive total body fitness classes can help our members reach the health and fitness goals they dream of, such as losing weight, burning fat, toning, gaining confidence, and more! Depending on level of intensity, members can burn up to 1,000 calories in just one POWER HOUR. Our Trainers are there to help ensure they work hard, learn skills, reach their goals, and have a blast while doing so!
All fitness levels are welcome at Title Boxing Club, from beginners to pros, and no two classes are ever the same. We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as Lead Instructor/Trainer. As the Lead Instructor/Trainer, you will not only lead members in classes, but you will help train and motivate the team of Title Boxing Club Instructors and Trainers, help the Sales Associates with club tours/sales, ensure the cleanliness and organization of the club at all times, and oversee employee files and documentation.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of experience as a Personal Trainer. Personal Training certification from an accredited organization is required. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule of at least 34 hours per week and must have a positive attitude, an active lifestyle, and superior customer service skills. Current certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid is a plus, as ALL employees must be trained in CPR, First Aid, AED, and other procedures for handling emergencies that may occur in the Club (assistance with these certifications is available upon hire).

Accurately assesses the strengths and opportunities of others; models, mentors, and motivates multiple staff members throughout the organization; and works to empower and inspire the right talent at the right time to achieve optimal results
Creates a positive, high energy, and respectful club environment
Evaluates, trains, and educates Title Boxing Club Instructors and Trainers on program design and lesson plans
Ensures the organization and cleanliness of all areas of the club
Oversees follow up communication with new, current, and former members
Conducts monthly fitness staff meetings and attends all relative mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings
Handles member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution
Leads/instructs a minimum of five classes per week, including weekends if needed or instructed by Manager
Leads or helps Sales Associates with club tours/sales with new prospects and stays current with pricing option
Maintains current, active employee files, which includes: resume, CPR cards, fitness certifications, disciplinary items, emergency contact info, I-9 forms, and more
May be responsible for writing the schedule
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications: GED or equivalent experience required; high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Personal Training Certification, such as: ACE, AFFA, IFPA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, WITZ, Premier, or Apex
At least one year of Personal Training experience preferred
Previous supervisory/management experience is a plus
Experience teaching fitness in group and individual environments preferred
Boxing, kickboxing, and exercise skills required
Advanced training in boxing and kickboxing techniques a plus
Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications a plus; all employees must be certified upon employment (assistance is available)
Able to market classes and personal training sessions
Able to easily build strong relationships with our members by being their fitness expert
Strong skills and knowledge using Social Media including (but not limited to): Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must be able to meet all physical demands required to demonstrate proper use of equipment and fitness techniques
Maintains and exhibits a personal commitment to health and fitness
Someone who stays current with the latest health and fitness trends is preferred
Must be willing and able to work at least 34 hours per week, which includes being flexible and willing to work weekends as required
