Job Description: | The Assistant Director of Academic Services reports to the Director of Operational Services within the Office of the Teaching and Technology. Responsibilities encompass supervising a team that supports student recruitment and enrollment, analyzing program policies, implementing functional procedures, invoicing clients for enrollment services provided, and building relationships with various campus partners. Additionally, the role involves managing administrative tasks related to the Flexible Learning Program, ensuring alignment with program objectives. The Assistant Director also handles sensitive student communications and collaborates with various UF offices to provide additional support to enrolled students. This role requires considerable discretion and problem-solving skills. The position supports UF’s mission by providing proactive services to support academic programs as needed.

Minimum Requirements: | Master’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience. |
