As a Sales Representative, you will connect with current and potential customers and introduce the latest technology and services. What You’ll Do:
Be the Face and Voice of AT&T: Create personalized sales interactions by organizing your day to meet current and potential customers at the most convenient times and places.
Close the Deal: Provide hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
Lead Generation: In addition to company-provided warm and hot leads, you will take a cold call all the way to a sale while managing and achieving sales targets.
Stay Tech-Savvy: Engage in continuous learning opportunities with coaching and mentoring.
How You’ll Succeed:
Paid Training: Start with comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in target-driven environments. Not required.
Strong Communication Skills: Master the art of negotiation and effective communication.
Driver’s License: Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Flexible Schedule: Work a varied, flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet B2B and B2C customer needs.
Compensation:
Training Bonus
Commission: Expected $40,000-60,000 with uncapped potential. Top sellers earn $80,000-90,000 per year
