AT&T Territory Sales Representative
We are a Dallas-based sales and consulting agency partnered with the AT&T product campaign, dedicated to fostering and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients, team members, and stakeholders. We are looking for someone to join our entry-level AT&T Customer Service Representative team to assist in the new AT&T Wireless and Home product and service launch throughout the DFW area. As an AT&T Sales Agent, you'll connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that enhance their lives. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a passion for technology, and are eager to advance their careers in sales.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Representative:
- Build initial relationships with new customers to effectively position AT&T Home products according to their individual needs and preferences.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
- Educate customers about the new product rollout and the technology that supports these offerings.
- Assist qualifying customers throughout the sales process, providing essential information on new account details, promotional pricing, and service delivery.
- Address customer objections, manage inquiries, and swiftly resolve any issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Foster customer engagement from the first contact through the sale and delivery of products.
- Collaborate effectively with the Customer Service team and coordinate with Upper Management, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet and surpass sales targets by identifying opportunities and effectively closing sales.
- Track and report customer account information, conduct territory research, and identify areas for improvement to upper management daily to support the success of the product rollout.
