The main thing the Developer needs to have for this role is experience with at least ATG Version 9 or 10. Specifically if you can find someone who has experience with ATG Personalization & Publishing - it will be a home run.
Skills the person will need to have at least 3 years of experience working on ATG Commerce as a Developer.
