Job Summary:& &

The Atlassian Consultant will design, architect, and implement solutions using Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) for both Data Center and Cloud editions, focusing on enterprise-level requirements. This role includes managing migrations from Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud, performing assessments, identifying custom functionality gaps, and offering re-architecture guidance. The consultant will also be responsible for integrating Jira and Confluence with other systems, customizing workflows, and providing post-migration support.

Key Responsibilities:& &

• Design and architect solutions using Jira and Confluence for Data Center and Cloud environments.& &

• Lead migrations from Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud, including data extraction, transformation, testing, and validation.& &

• Conduct assessments, identify re-architecture needs, find alternatives for custom apps, and create a backlog for implementation.& &

• Manually address missing configurations, workflow functions, app configurations, automations, boards, and scripts as needed.& &

• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance functionality.& &

• Customize Jira and Confluence to meet specific business needs using custom fields, permission schemes, workflows, and automation.

Required Qualifications:& &

• Proven experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) for both Data Center and Cloud editions.& &

• Mandatory experience with Jira and Confluence migrations from Data Center to Cloud.& &

• Proficiency with Jira Align for managing and aligning work at an enterprise level.& &

• Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot data migrations, including data extraction and validation.& &

• Strong skills in configuring and customizing Jira and Confluence, including workflows and automation.& &

Preferred Qualifications:& &

• Experience with integrating Jira to ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.& &

• Knowledge of Bitbucket and its integration within the Atlassian suite.& &

• Familiarity with additional Atlassian tools and plugins to enhance functionality.& &

• Strong analytical skills to identify data migration gaps and re-architecture requirements.

Certifications:& &

• Relevant Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Jira Project Administrator) are advantageous.
