Cook Solutions Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time ATM Service Apprentice with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing 1st line maintenance for ATM banking products with an emphasis on Hardware and Software problem diagnosis. Goal is to train into a ATM Service Technician role. You will be riding along with an experienced ATM Technician.
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $20-$24 hour
What you’ll do:
1.Provided 1st Line Maintenance on ATM’s and retail products and devices to include: On-site diagnostics of problem; Other technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc; Perform some minor maintenance on ATM’s (e.g., replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.); Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures.; Complete equipment cleaning as specified in Service Agreement; Perform basic installation functions (e.g., pulling cable, mounting devices, installing locks).
3.Prioritizes and plans service calls.
4.Contacts customer with the estimated time of arrival.
5.Escalates problems when appropriate.
6.Reassigns calls when appropriate.
7.Accurately reports service data.
8.Interacts in a professional manner with customers and co-workers to foster positive relationships.
9.Supports service technicians in performing preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products.
10.Maintains effective communication with Business Management Team and Service Technician Team members.
12.Develops a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures.
13.Completes equipment cleanings as specified in service agreement.
14.Technicians may come in contact with cash while maintenance of ATM machines occurs.
15.Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you bring:
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•1-3 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Customer service experience is a plus.
•Willing to train on security equipment.
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
•The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
