ATS Integrated Solutions - Service Supervisor - ATS Companies

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervisor to a group of ATS Technicians and Service Coordinators to successfully implement a number of ATS controls, security installations, and Service Agreements simultaneously while ensuring the growth and development of individual ATS team members. Overall staffing and financial responsibility to ensure successful service agreement and project completion, including responsibility for conducting individual performance appraisals for direct reports. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Direct customer interface responsibility. Manage sub-contractors and suppliers. Act as a liaison between your group and other ATS groups/departments. This is an exempt position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service Agreement customer satisfaction responsibility
• Create and maintain overall project and labor plans
• Overall project financial responsibility for your group's projects
• Manage owner training process
• Collections assistance for ATS project and service agreement receivables
• Labor planning and retention for your group and support of other groups
• Conduct performance appraisals and quarterly goal reviews with your reports
• Supervise the mentoring process, training & development plans with your reports
• Assist in department forecasting and budgeting with direct cost control and asset management

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong interactive communication skills
• Supervisor of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
• Knowledge of DDC Control and/or Physical Access Control theory and applications
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Strong analytical skills

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering undergraduate degree, equivalent combination of education and experience
• Building Mechanical and/or Access Control system experience
• 7+ years of industry experience
