Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Attorney with 1 to 15 years of experience to join our team. If you have a passion for writing and research, coupled with some litigation experience, we want to hear from you. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in writing and legal research, will be highly valued. We work as a team and collaborate on each case. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and writing.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide comprehensive legal support.
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, ensuring that their rights are vigorously defended.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 1 to 15 years of litigation knowledge, with a focus on personal injury preferred.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills are a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Admission to the Oklahoma Bar (or pending admission) is required.
