Position Overview: The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in Corporate Law, M&A, and Estate Planning. This role requires strong business development skills, a dedication to client service, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The firm offers a supportive platform for attorneys to grow their practices further, with access to resources and a collegial team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal services in Corporate Law, M&A transactions, and Estate Planning.
- Manage client relationships and drive new business through existing networks.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex legal matters.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support the firm's overall growth objectives.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar license in Tennessee.
- Strong book of business in Corporate Law, M&A, and/or Estate Planning.
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000, based on experience, with potential for growth based on performance.
