We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong educational background to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in commercial real estate law, including experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. This is an in-office position offering competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide legal support on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, and financing matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements and documents.
• Advise clients on commercial real estate law, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on complex legal matters related to real estate investments.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong background and experience in commercial real estate law, including knowledge of acquisition, disposition, and financing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active bar membership in Maryland (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
