As a Permanent Attorney, you will be expected to:
1. Provide expert legal support and advice to our clients, particularly in the area of Trusts & Estates.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements.
3. Represent our clients in court trials, hearings, and mediation sessions.
4. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
5. Collaborate with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
6. Maintain updated knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends.
7. Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
8. Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and client privacy.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
3. A minimum of 1+ years of Attorney experience, with a focus on Trusts & Estates.
4. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
5. Advanced communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in legal documents.
7. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information and make sound decisions.
8. A proven track record of managing multiple cases and meeting tight deadlines.
9. A commitment to providing exceptional client service and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics.
