Job Details
Requirements:
- Litigation and/or administrative process experience, including handling discovery and preparing pleadings; experience in mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials a plus.
- Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
- Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
