Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, friendly, and outgoing attorney with 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and asset protection planning. As a small, close-knit team, we value work-life balance and work a four-day week. The ideal candidate will be a patient and motivational communicator, able to build trust with clients—particularly seniors—and committed to promoting the growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, providing empathetic and patient guidance.
- Draft estate plans, including wills, living trusts, LLCs, corporations, and family limited partnerships.
- Administer trusts, including A-B trusts, with thorough attention to client needs.
- Work collaboratively to support and grow our firm’s reputation in the community.
Requirements
- Education: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- License: Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Experience: 3-5 years in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and asset protection
- Technical Skills: Experience with Clio, WealthCounsel, and ElderCounsel is a plus
- Skills: High-level oral and written communication (writing sample required), self-motivated, collaborative, thorough, detail-oriented, and receptive to growth

- Compensation: Unlimited earning potential, with a base salary of $90,000 - $145,000 (commensurate with experience) and a flat commission on all legal fees deposited, enabling dedicated attorneys to achieve financial and career growth.
