We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of family law cases, including divorce, paternity, adoption, emancipation, and other legal issues. This role demands a highly proficient, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual who is prepared to prioritize client care and uphold the highest standards of legal service.
Responsibilities:
As a Family Law Attorney, your primary duties will include:
1. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
2. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, responses, and agreements.
3. Conducting legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights.
4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to avoid court proceedings.
5. Collaborating with our legal team to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to family law.
7. Ensuring all client information is kept confidential and secure.
8. Providing exceptional customer service with a commitment to the highest level of client satisfaction.
9. Managing a full caseload while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
10. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients by providing top-tier legal advice and assistance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practice.
4. Exceptional knowledge of family law and court procedures.
5. Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Proficiency in legal research software and case management systems.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to handle a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
10. Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
11. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
