Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following: product liability, personal injury, trucking, and/or construction litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects
• Effectively communicate with clients
• Regularly handle court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Texas
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Superior analytical skills and ability to navigate novel legal issues
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Deposition and law and motion experience preferred
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
