REQUIREMENTS
Seeking an attorney with experience drafting software patent applications with a technical background in CS/EE. An advanced degree in computer science or electrical engineering is preferred, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering is strongly preferred. Semiconductor patent drafting experience would be helpful but not required.
Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction they wish to practice. Excellent analytical skills, writing skills, and academic record.
