Responsibilities:

• You will focus on research, writing, and courtroom argument
• Write and argue MSJs, Demurrers, Motions in Limine, & more

Candidate Parameters:

• 4 or more years of experience drafting and arguing motions
• Strong writer
• Excellent communicator
• Member of the California Bar
