As an Associate Attorney, you will contribute to a dynamic litigation practice, handling cases in areas such as business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate litigation. We welcome applicants with a range of experience, from recent law school graduates to attorneys with up to 5 years of practice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court and at depositions
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and development

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Strong academic record and proven track record of success
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and work independently and as part of a team
• Local ties to the Merced area
