We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law. Qualifications:
To be considered for the Associate Attorney position, you must have:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the Texas State Bar.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
8. Willingness to continue learning and developing your legal skills.
