We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, and managing and advising on legal transactions. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert and strategic legal advice to clients
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems
- Represent clients in court and before government agencies
- Prepare and file legal documents such as lawsuits, appeals, contracts, and deeds
- Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on litigation
- Strong experience in managing and prioritizing multiple cases and projects
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to develop legal strategy and objectives
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in legal research software and litigation support
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- High degree of professional ethics and a strong work ethic.
