Job Details
We are currently seeking a WA-licensed Attorney with a passion for real estate and business/commercial litigation.
- Manage a diverse range of real estate and business/commercial litigation matters.
- Review, analyze, prepare, and negotiate agreements for use in retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments including Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REA's) and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's)
- Provide legal representation and expert advice to clients on various legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Participate in community engagement initiatives to foster relationships and promote the firm’s values.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Needed:
- Licensed to practice in WA
- 2+ years of experience in real estate and business/commercial litigation matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
