A busy Boston office of a national plaintiff’s firm is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Level Securities Litigation Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals to grow their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and prosecution of complex securities and derivative litigation cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, and consolidated complaints
• Play a supportive role in discovery processes
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Demonstrate excellent writing and time management skills

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2+ years of relevant complex litigation experience (ideally securities class action and/or single plaintiff and/or derivative cases in State and Federal Courts)
• Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar Association
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
