An AV-rated civil litigation firm in Chicago seeks a Litigation Attorney with subrogation litigation experience, or relevant expertise in general litigation or construction defect. This role involves handling substantial property loss cases from discovery through trial, including analysis, pleadings, witness depositions, and trial preparation.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 + generous bonus (paid out monthly)
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote, 3 in-office
