Salary: $180,000 - $190,000

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toxic tort litigation, demonstrating a deep understanding of the legal complexities involved. We are looking for a motivated attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and achieving favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate toxic tort cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with experts and other legal professionals to build strong cases.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Significant experience in toxic tort litigation (3+ years preferred).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practice.
