Attorney - Workway

We are looking for an Attorney responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Review of documents and motions related to litigation, bankruptcy, or other aspects of the practice.
• Attendance at district court, circuit court, and BK court.
• Providing legal support and guidance.
• Advising clients on the best behavior while charges are pending, including confiding in family and friends and social media use.
• Meeting with clients at the remand or an office to critically discuss the pending charges and strategize on how best to defend.
• Finding ethical solutions to legal matters.
• Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice.
• Strategizing on how to resolve the client's cases in a favorable and cost-effective manner.

• 0-5 years experience.
• Mortgage or related industry experience is a plus.
• Attentive to detail.
• Competent in Word systems (especially Excel).
• Must be able to work well with a team.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
