RATE RANGE: $75-$80/hr

SUMMARY:
Our client is actively looking for an experienced Audience Development and Demand Generation Manager to support a growing portfolio of executive events. You'll work on a variety of programs which directly help drive our business by enabling our client's most senior executives to connect with their peers. Primary focus for this role will be on audience demand generation to ensure targeted contacts from the high priority accounts are participating in our exclusive executive events, and ultimately deliver business impact.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive audience development and demand gen strategy to maximize event attendance and engagement in our client's portfolio of executive event programs
- Engage the RIGHT contacts from the RIGHT accounts to participate in our executive event programs
- Design and implement strategies to attract, engage, and convert executive contacts to confirmed attendees
- Advocate for sales and marketing alignment to ensure optimization across the organization
- Keen eye on performance metrics with focus on ROI
- Have a deep understanding of the executive audience and our customers, ensuring their interests, priorities, and business goals are considered when targeting them to attend programs
- Establish and manage nomination process for invitation-only events
- Collaborate with sales executives, field marketing, creative and other cross functional marketing groups
Basic Qualification
- 5-7 years of audience development demand generation and/or field marketing experience in the B2B/enterprise software industry including specific experience in generating demand for executive events
- Possess high levels of tact and diplomacy and ability to interact with all levels of people including senior executives
- Resourceful and a self-starter who works best in a team environment
- Extensive experience working closely with multiple extended teams including sales, presales, alliances, and marketing
- Positive and have a consistent customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks
- Sense of urgency and strong work ethic are musts
- Strong Salesforce experience is required and Tableau experience is desired
- Desire to keep up with best practices and industry/market trends
- Knowledgeable about the executive audience
