AV Service Technician

MUST:
Experienced AV Service Technician
5+ years of AV experience in commercial environments
3+ years of install experience
Proficient with troubleshooting equipment from Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, QSC
Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment installation
Familiarity with software troubleshooting for audio and visual systems
Understanding of computer hardware components relevant to audio and visual setups
Ability to read and interpret schematics for audio and visual equipment
DUTIES:
Travel to assigned jobsites during the week to troubleshoot and correct issues for Customers' AV systems
Analyze, troubleshoot, devise, and implement resolutions for customers' problem systems/equipment
Update documentation as necessary for any code updates, equipment RMA's/exchanges, etc.
Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled for clients' AV systems
Research parts and work with manufacturers to replace components
Check in with customer throughout the visit, and update the customer on the status of the service call before leaving site
Provide detailed status report daily after each service visit
Provide white glove service for all customers
